Dr Winnie Bowman is a physiotherapist, biomedical scientist and a Cape Wine Master. She is an international wine and spirit judge and panel chair. Winnie writes about wine, teaches, presents corporate tastings and appears regularly on radio and television wine shows. People, wine travel, tennis, cricket, opera, theatre, reading and art are her passions. She is the Maître of the Commanderie de Bordeaux en Afrique du Sud, a member of the Education Committee of the Institute of Cape Wine Masters, the Chairperson of the Circle of Wine Writers (UK), as well as a member of the Association of Wine Educators UK
