Mirco Bösch - distiller and spirits sommelier at the Swiss Cider and Distillery Museum.

He began his career as a bartender and professional cocktail mixer until he discovered the fine art of distilling as his passion: "What does a distillate consist of, how do you recognise its quality, what is the story behind it?" Mirco Bösch lives his passion for good spirits.

He holds the WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) L2 & L3 Awards in Spirits, is a taster at national and international competitions and a member of the International Drinks Specialists.
