Christine moved from advertising strategy in banking to social media and the drinks industry at the end of 2018. Her passion in spirits started with gin and her profile "Social Gin Girl' with a particular focus on drinking quality versus quantity.

Now as 'A Twist Of Citrus' she now has an interest in all spirits including non-alcoholic and low alcohol drinks. As a cocktail enthusiast, she has always believed in providing consumers with the answer of 'how to drink it' with both easy to create at home cocktails, more complex creations and mocktails.

She is the Home Bartender of the year 2020 with her winning drink being served at Amor Y Amargo in New York and is a finalist again for 2021. She also joined the World Gin Awards 2022 judging panel, putting her WSET Level 2 in Spirits to good use.

Never one to take things slow, she is also currently writing her first of three cocktail books and launched The Spirits Hub at the end of 2021. As a drinks & product photographer and cocktail mixologist, she works with various brands and companies across a variety of industries.
