Ilona Fässler is a Swiss spirits sommelier, a taster at national and international competitions and a member of the International Drinks Specialists

Professionally, she was production manager at Goba Manufaktur before taking on the challenge of master distiller / Head of Production at Kindschi & Söhne in 2021. She is the first woman in Switzerland to graduate with the federal diploma as a production manager. She holds WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) L2 & L3 Awards in Spirits and is a candidate for membership in the Gin Guild of London.
