Part-time he is Chef de Bar at il Bar – Konstanz and writes for Drinks Magazine. He is Certified WSET L2 & L3 Award in Spirits. He is a founding member of the Guild of Beverage Professionals and associate specialist of the International Drinks Specialists and Brand ambassador for Benguela Diamonds Spirits.
